Providence Academy uses FACTS, which offers payment management for families. Through FACTS, Providence Academy offers a convenient way to pay your child’s tuition and fees online.

FINANCIAL AID

Providence Academy is committed to accepting students for admission from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds. A percentage of the School’s tuition income is used exclusively for financial aid, which allows the enrollment of students whose families could not otherwise provide a Christian education for their children.

School and Student Services (“SSS”) by NAIS provides the school with an independent, confidential assessment of a family’s financial ability to pay for educational expenses. Please note that SSS requires a copy of your tax return, and other supporting documentation. The School relies on the SSS assessment, an assessment of the School’s financial resources, and other factors when deciding how much financial assistance it may offer to applicants.

Important Financial Aid Dates

Financial aid decisions are generally made within two weeks of the above deadlines.  Applications will be accepted and decisions made on a rolling basis thereafter as funds are available.
