Dear Parents:

In our continuing efforts to improve our operations, we are thrilled to introduce the improved online enrollment process through RenWeb.  Now, you can enroll or continue your enrollment through your Parents Web* account following the two simple steps below:

1. Log into Parents Web*, choose “Family Information” from the left drop down menu. From there, choose”Enrollment/Re Enroll” and then choose the student you are enrolling. You will be prompted with detailed instructions to take you through the enrollment process which should take no more than 15 minutes.

The tuition contract is part of the online enrollment process, and you will choose the payment plan of your choice, and sign the contract electronically during the process. Remember, that there is no money due upon enrollment! With the exception of the application fee (new students only), and the Dewar’s tuition insurance fee (for all families who do NOT pay in full), all of your fees can be combined into one lump sum that you pay according to the tuition plan that you choose when you enroll.

2. When your online enrollment contract has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. Our accountant will then set up your Bill and Pay* (B&P) invoicing according to the payment plan you selected. You will be notified within two weeks of receipt of your enrollment contract that your billing has been configured, and you can then verify the information through your B&P* account. Payments can also be made to the office via check, Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover if you prefer.

*New families, or those without a current B&P account, will receive an invitation to create a B&P account within one week of receipt of the enrollment contract. There is no fee to set up the account.

 regarding Financial aid – we are using School & Student Services (SSS), a subsidiary of the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS), to process financial aid requests. You can get detailed information on financial aid and start the application process here.
